A man has been loaded with hate comments for throwing water on a fire of a Homeless person. The owner said the video was put online by a disgruntled former employee. Many people think he threw the water on the homeless person. If you do not live in Eugene, you would not know the situation of people claiming to be homeless. This is a regular thing for the Owner of Dizzy Doughnuts where he will see people that will light fires outside his business. Where you will find the extreme liberal policies of the day you will mostly find more homeless and less jobs. If you look online for Eugene, you will find several Homeless shelters there in Eugene.
