Florida Man Fined For Pickachu Dog
Introduction A Florida man was fined for dyeing his dog yellow to look like Pikachu. The man claimed that he was just trying to make his dog look happy. Animal control officials said that the dog was at risk of chemical burns. The man was fined $360 for the incident. Check out the video below!
